Independent retailers struggled to adapt quickly to digital shopping during pandemic restrictions. ShopLocal aimed to provide a turnkey mobile solution: branded storefronts, real-time inventory syncing, and loyalty rewards, all without huge dev costs.Solution:
We built a scalable mobile platform allowing SMBs to “plug in” their branding, products, and local deals. Our modular approach let ShopLocal roll out new retailer apps in under 10 days—fully integrated with POS and payment gateways. The UX highlighted product discovery, fast checkout, and personalized rewards, helping stores compete with big-box competitors.Our Strategy
